We have become aware of the issues affecting HELM cluster e-mail services and are working to resolve these problems. Currently helm e-mail services are down. Due to high volume of calls our phone lines are busy, we are aware of the problems and are working on resolving them ASAP.

Service has been restored, all inbound mail messages are being delivered from the edge spool
