If you find that the registrar cannot change the name server records, for a regional specific domain name (i.e.: .et), then it may be because many regional specific domain names require additional settings that are not part of our normal name server configuration. To resolve this issue we recommend that you setup an account at http://www.zoneedit.com. This service will allow you to point your domain at their name servers. Then within their interface you can modify the "www record" to point the ip address of your site on our servers.
