How to run an application in a Virtual Directory.

In order to run an application from a directory within your wwwroot you will need to associate a virtual directory with the physical directory that you intend to store the application in.  To create a virtual directory from the helm control panel domain menu choose "virtual directory", then choose "add new".  In the "create new virtual directory" window create a name for your virtual directory and place it in the "virtual directory name" field, next choose "physical folder", then in the "physical folder" field locate the path of the folder that contains your application and choose "save".  Once the virtual directory is setup you will want your application to note the name of the virtual directory when connecting to files, not the physical folder. Also please note that the Virtual Directory Name and the Physical Folder Name cannot be identical or the Virtual Directory will not work properly. So you will want to rename the physical folder to something different than your intended Virtual Directory name. The Virtual Directory Name is what will be used  and seen on the site.
