How to Restore MySQL Database.

In PHP MyAdmin choose the "Import" tab to restore your database.  On the "import" tab choose the "browse" option to point the program to your MySQL backup. It should be compatible with most of the standard backup formats. Once you have entered the file you will also need to designate the corresponding format. Then click "Go" at the bottom to upload and restore that backup file. Please note it may take a few minutes to upload and restore.
