In order to view Smarterstats for your domains first you need to enable the service. Log in to the helm control panel choose domains, then your domain name so you are directed to the domain menu. From the domain menu choose "statistics". In the "statistics" window, advanced statistics box, choose "enable" to setup Smarterstats. Once the setup is complete the control panel will provide you with a link, site id #, login id, and password to access your site's Smarterstats. Please note: it will take Smarterstats 24 - 48 hours to start to gather information for your domain, so initially you will just receive a "statistics not available" message.
