If you are experiencing this exception when attempting to modify your Text/Html module or possibly text within another module, we highly suggest giving this solution an attempt. The problematic file is named "texteditor.ascx" and is located at wwwroot/controls/texteditor.ascx. The problem is the quotation marks on line 9 or 10. They appear to be "curly" or "slanted" and tend to be of a bolder font than standard double quotes when viewed in Notepad. The odd shaped quotations just need to be changed to standard double quotes and save the file. Please note that this change can be made in real time using the 'File Manager' within the Helm control panel.
