When upgrading your account hosting package you will not lose any information, content or settings for any of the domains currently on your hosting package. All you need to do to request an account upgrade is submit a support query to the billing department via the support portal available from the support links on the home page. Include your account username, the hosting package you would like to upgrade to and the billing cycle you would like for that new hosting package.
You will receive a new invoice for your new package that evening but we will credit your account for any remaining time on your old hosting package prior to the new invoice. Also all new resources will be available immediately for use upon completion of the upgrade.
