If you have forgotten your host account password you can promote another DNN user to have the same permissions as the host account. To do so you need to remotely connect to the site's database via SQL Server Management Studio open the "users" table and set the "IsSuperUser" field to "true" for another registered user. If you want us to complete this, please submit a ticket to our support portal, including your domain name, the name of the registered DNN account that you want to promote, and the last 4 digits of a credit card used to pay for the hosting account or an invoice number for verification purposes.
