Earlier this morning one of the legacy HELM cluster mail servers had suffered a hardware failure. The users hosted on the legacy HELM cluster were not able to access their mail services during a brief outage that lasted approximately 3 hours. Our engineers have successfully migrated legacy server on to a Hosted Appliance cloud platform and restored all services by 12:30 GMT-5. No data was lost during this event and all the inbound mail has been delivered as of 14:45.
There are no configuration changes necessary for the affected end users, the new cloud server completely mirrors all the settings of the old hardware node. If you are still experiencing issues with the mail delivery or having trouble accessing your mailbox, please contact our technical support.
