We are currently experiencing an issue with a corrupt mailbox on the mail storage SAN drive of the
HELM Cluster Mail Server. Weare running mail storage database maintenance to correct this issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we do not have an exact ETA on how long this maintenance task may take at this time. We will update this announcement with additional information and an ETA as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause today.
All inbound email will be stored on the edge inbound mail spool server and delivered when the services are turned back on.
UPDATE: The mail server SAN volume scan has been completed and mail service restored as of 2PM EST.
