We are currently experiencing a power outage at our Technical Support Office that handles our customer phone calls and support tickets. The power outage is widespread in the area and affecting many buildings. We believe the local power company should have the issue resolved shortly and power restored but they could not provide an ETA. This has knocked out our phone lines and is limiting our ability to process certain support ticket requests. We greatly appreciate your patience while this power issue is resolved by the city and apologize for any inconvenience or delays it may cause for our customers seeking support. This will not affect any of our hosting services, it is strictly limited to our support call center. All support requests will be processed and fulfilled as soon as physically possible.
