Can I create my own databse backups?

Due to security restrictions on allowing public access to the database servers customers are not able to generate and download their own database backups. However, you may submit a support ticket to our Technical Support staff requesting that we generate a new database backup for you to download at anytime via the link just below. Our staff will receive your request via support ticket, generate the database backup as requested and place it into your domain's "Backups" folder where you can download it via FTP at anytime.

In addition to that, we offer an automated daily database backup routine that you may opt your hosted domains into. The automated database backup routine generates a new backup of your domain's database every morning and places it into your domain's "Backups" folder, overwriting the previous backup file each day. This way you will always have a recent database backup from that morning within your domain's "Backups" folder that you can download via FTP if needed. You can also request to have your hosted domains added to this automated daily process via support ticket at the link below.

Please note that if you are submitting multiple domain names for either single database backups or to be added to the daily backup process that you list out each hosted domain to be backed up in a list format.
