We are currently experiencing a degraded raid array on the CLE02VMN04 physical server node. This is causing degraded and slower than usual response times for a handful of our virtual dedicated servers as well as shared web servers CLE02WEB15 and CLE02WEB16. Our technicians have been dispatched to the data center to replace the faulty HDD and repair the raid array which will resolve the issue and return site response times and performance to normal. The servers are all online but response times on websites are much lower than usual and it is possible sites may periodically result in timeout errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause and we greatly appreciate everyone's patience while the issue is resolved.
